On June 12, the provincial people’s great hall seemed to be extremly solemn, with red flag flicking and color balloon hanging. The golden emblem which was composed of reaphook and hammer hanged in the middle of presidential desk, with ten bright red flags on both sides. The communist party of China Zhejiang province the 12^th congress was grandly held here. As the member of Ningbo delegation, Wang Liping, president of Guangbo Group also attended this congress.

As the representative of this provincial party congress, Wang Liping earnestly fulfill own duty, actively involved among the common people, combined with society fact, put forward the working suggestion on establishing labor allocation center, which was accepted by Ningbo delegation.
