On the afternoon of December 27^th, in the company’s staff training center and staff canteen, Guangbo Group held basic management knowledge examination to team and group leaders or above in every workshop. About 200 basic level management cadres attended this exam. Related workers of the company’s enterprise administration office and personnel department invigilated in each examination hall.

Managers at the basic level is the important backbone o f production department. Whether they can play positive initiative will greatly decide the accomplishment of production planning and task with high quality. Therefore, combined with practice, leaders of the company decided to enhance basic level managers ’ professional quality. Not only recently gave outward bound training to about hundred team and group leaders of workshops, but pertinently held this basic management knowledge examination, hoping can further strengthen team and group leaders ’ awareness of strengthening basic management. After related departments ’ meticulous arrangement, on the afternoon of 27th, besides basic level managers attended this exam like team and group leaders of each unit, factory directors of each subplant also joined in this exam, which have colored this exam.
