On February 9, 2009, Zhejiang Guangbo Group held new employees training meeting. All together 142 new employees attended this training.

Different from the formers, this training especially arranged new employee military training, fire fighting knowledge training and safety knowledge training. Managers of human resources department and guard department made brief introduction of Guangbo Group basic condition. There was applause continuously on the scene of training. Through practical lively lecturing and scene visit of the plant area, one-day training let new employees gain a lot, having a systematic understanding of the company, having determined direction of own development and responsibility and duty that they should undertake, having a comparatively clear understanding of the company orientation. Each link of this training had strict standard, so as to ensure the training quality.

After one-day stressful training was successfully completed, new employees said with confidence, “I should be familiar with enterprise culture in a short time, love own work with heartiness and become the genuine Guangbo people.”
