On the afternoon of January 15, Guangbo Group trade union organized to hold 2009 annual migrant workers tea party. About 200 staff representatives from each branch plant of the Group attended it, celebrating Chinese New Year and discussing the development together. Zhu Guozhang, chairman of the Group trade union, Dai Guoping, executive vice president of the Group and leaders of relevant administrative departments were invited to attend.

Migrant workers at the party have multiple layers like branch plant statistics, branch plant group leader and ordinary employees. Everyone offered numerous proposals and suggestions for the development of the enterprise. They had a hot discussion on topics like how to unite, help and guide migrant workers to contribute to Guangbo economic development and enterprise harmony and how to do the work of trade union well, play the role of trade union. And reported problems like recruiting and keep employees that existed commonly in enterprise, put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of trade union.

Chairman Zhu Guozhang, on behalf of the Group trade union, expressed New Year’s greetings to the employees, hoped them can try their best, work hard for company development. Meanwhile, he showed, in the new year, Group company trade union organization, would play the role of maintaining the staff benefit and promoting enterprise development, realistic and effective give service for employees.

It is generally believed by staff representatives that this tea party enhanced dialogue and communication among enterprise trade union, enterprise employees and enterprise executive, and also provided good opportunity and platform for strengthening contacts, exchanging ideas and studying working experience.
