On July 1st, accompanied by relevant leaders of the district, Wang Yimin, deputy director and vice secretary of party working committee of Ningbo economic and information committee, came to Guangbo Group to investigate enterprise culture building work.

Vice secretary Wang Yimin and his group first listened to the working report given by general manager Wang Junping, who gave an elaboration on experience accumulated on aspects like the background of conducting Guangbo corporate culture building work, activity of implementing corporate culture building, human resources construction, system construction and concept construction.

He said, “With the continuous development of Guangbo various business integration and administrative improvement, fusion and construction of corporate culture increasingly reveal its pivotal role. In enterprise interior, according to the demand of new generation of migrant workers, start with improving their production and living conditions, Guangbo put forward the slogan of “lifelong learning”, implemented the plan of employees “happy work, pay double”, improved employee wages and welfare treatment. This year, Guangbo also added a number of cultural facilities, purchased a batch of multi-media audio-visual education equipments, for the convenience of staff’s study in “Guangbo House” reading room, to enrich their amateur cultural life.”
